The mat and meditation cushion go hand in hand. The cushion gives you perfect posture while the mat (or zabuton, if you want to be fancy) supports your knees and ankles so you can sit comfortably for as long as you like.
All our products are handmade with 100% organic cotton which means brilliant quality for you and very happy farmers.
Your mat has a removable cover so you can easily throw it in the washing machine when you need to.
