The Filter Regulator/Coalescing Filter/Desiccant Dryer is a Three-part System.

The First Stage Filter Regulator is Designed to Remove Most Liquid and Solid Particles from the Air Supply.

The Second Stage Coalescing Filter is Used to Remove 99.9% of Vapor, Oil, Particles.

The Third Stage Desiccant Dryer Reduces Humidity in Compressed Air Line.

Preparation

The assembly of all calibrations shall meet the maximum flow requirement.

Please clean the port and fitting before installation, it will effectively avoid bringing dust to the air path.

Pay attention to the direction of air flow and the arrow pointing on the product body if correct, minding port and thread size if match.

Pressure Adjustment

Pull up the knob of the pressure gauge, rotate:

If you do clockwise rotation, pressure will rise steadily. Pressure will down when you rotate counterclockwise.

Stop turning after reaching the required index and lock down the knob, forget this step you may face a leakage problem.

Dial Reading

Make sure that the pressure gauge is tightly installed on the main body, and pay attention to whether the reading rises and falls smoothly while adjusting pressure.

Auto & Manual Drain

Auto: If a certain condensate filling level is reached inside the filter housing the condensate drain valve opens automatically draining the condensate through the condensate drain hose into the collection container( not included in delivery) until just a small residual quantity remains.

Manual: When water exceeds the level, please drain off the water to keep optimal dehumidification. Press up the bottom of the brass drain body, then it will start to drain.

Service Indicator

The service indicator on the coalescing filter signals when the filter element needs to be replaced.

When the indicator pops up, the element must be replaced.

Filters＆Desiccant Dryer

1：The first filter stage separates particles > 5μm as well as condensed water and oil.

2：The second filter fineness 0.01μm, separation degree 99.998% related to a particle size > 0.01μ.

3：The third stage desiccant dryer with desiccant beads completes the final air cleaning work.
