Rosary in real Venetian murrina diameter 8 mm, length 55 cm (21.65 inches) with multicolored shades, mounted with golden cups, cross and cross of the Miraculous Medal enamelled in blue.

HOW WAS THIS MURANO GLASS CATHOLIC ROSARY FROM THE "I ROSARIO DI OVUNCHE PROTEGIMI" COLLECTION CREATED?

Each bead of this Murano glass rosary comes from a glass rod made entirely by hand with a special technique handed down from the beginning of the 20th century by master glassmakers, even today, this special process is known only on the island of Murano and is the unique method to create these precious objects, sought after all over the world.

The first procedure is to compose several layers of various colors of glass, after which the glass is given a very thin cylindrical shape, finally the cylinders are cut into very small pieces which are then inserted into hot spheres, also made of glass and worked, then giving the shape and the final effect you see in the photo.

When the grains are cold, our skilled craftswoman manually inserts all the metal cups, after which she proceeds to bind all the grains. When the rosary is ready he proceeds to enamel the Miraculous medal and the cross.

Murano glass objects are becoming increasingly rare and precious because today there are very few people willing to carry on this ancient technique handed down from fathers to children.

Since this rosary is made exclusively by hand, the color and arrangement of the beads may vary slightly but this is a characteristic and quality of handmade products. Each rosary is unique, each different from the other.

This is an exclusive line created only for our brand, the collection is in fact called "THE ROSARIES OF EVERYWHERE PROTECT ME"
