The Can of Beams Spellcaster effects are effect pieces designed to resemble the casting of spells.  They are used by removing a figures hand and then placing the effect between the figures hand and wrist when reattaching the hand.  When installed, they give the appearance of floating magical symbols and patterns orbiting the figures hands.  They have a slight texture that distorts things seen through the effects, and a highlight that makes the symbols look like they are glowing.  

These are available in sets of 2, one unique piece for each hand.  There are 4 color options that you can choose from.  Green, Orange, Blue, and Pink
