Some grading notes: front cover detached at bottom (back cover still trapped under staple) with centerfold fully attached, 3/4" tear through about a third of the book at bottom left corner, 2" total spine split, 1" chip off both lower corners, thin chip middle bottom edge, several micro tears left edge, light handling wear and creasing, light tanning inside cover; Back - moderate chipping at bottom that goes into a couple of pages, stains lower left corner and along left edge, tiny chip off lower left corner, micro tear top edge, light handling wear and creasing, slight tanning inside cover, off-white pages.
