This was mailed out to residents this one went to Shenandoah Pennsylvania it is for the week of November 1 through the seventh I do believe it is a 1988 because there is a chance to win a 1988 Ford car

This is a really neat piece of history most people throw them away so they are rare But this one I found in a storage unit
