These are 2 whisky shot glasses; one is decorated with a scene of Loch Lomond, and the other with a gilt symbol of the Order of the Garter and "Buckingham Palace".
The Loch Lomomd glasss is about 2.2" tall, 1.75" diameter.
The Buckingham Palace glass is about 2.75" tall, 1.6" diameter.
