First edition in 1976, vinyl, with cover. Large signature on the back cover. Also included are two large-sized photographs. One is the printed autograph that you sometimes see included, and the other is a rare photo that is slightly larger in size than the book. This is from when I was quite young.

There is a name written on the back. The main body has some stains on the edges, but otherwise I think it's in good condition over time.
