This is a vintage electric pinking shear made by TOSEI Co in Japan. The model  no is 23 and  is called Pink-o-Matic, and it comes with an 8ft cord. It has been tested and is in working condition. The pinking shear is designed for sewing and has a unique serrated edge that creates a zigzag pattern on fabric to prevent fraying. It has a button that moves forward and reverses to back out when needed.  It is in very good condition, the cord is still bright white and looks varely used.It is a rare and collectible tool for sewing enthusiasts.

It uses 115 bolt , with 60 cycles.

It comes with an original box, and instructions are on the back.
