In great condition for its age, as can be seen in the photos
5 pedals and 2 levers for various adjustments, all are working fine and are for:
Pedal with pump action to raise the chair
Pedal to lower chair
Pedal to recline whole chair
Pedal to recline back only
Pedal to swivel chair which can then be locked in position
Lever to adjust height of seat back
Lever to adjust height of headrest
Both arm rests moves out to horizontal position to allow easy access to seat, and are then locked back into fixed position with a lever each side
Base has filler cap for easy fill of hydraulic oil if needed
Overall sizes are approx. depending on adjustment

Due to the weight, this item is collection only
I can assist, but it will need 2 people plus me to load as it is extremely heavy. Chair does detach easily from base, but each section is still very heavy
