We do our best to portray an accurate description of all of our hats. 99% of our hats are used. Unless it is specifically stated in the title and description please assume that the hat has been worn. If the hat does not have tags or a cardboard insert on the inside we will list it as used. Please expect there to be discoloration on the inside sweat bands. Returns are always welcome, but if the issue you have is a size issue and we have given the correct size in the description, buyer will pay for shipping both ways. Thanks
