Brown, tan and white striped smiling Cheshire cat from The Toy Works, Middle Falls, NY.  Soft cloth material with bean bag pellets and polyester fibers.  It measures 6.5" long x 4" tall x 3.5" wide and weighs 12 ounces.  Excellent condition and very cute!
