Hallmark Magic Keepsake Flickering Light Ornament 1989 Busy Beaver

I plugged this into a Christmas light tester that I have and there was nothing lighting up. I assume it needs a new bulb somehow, but I'm not sure. So I can't guarantee this will work if you plug it in to your tree
