Please look at pictures for a close-up of the exact card you will receive to see the condition that it is in.  I am not a professional grader, raw cards will be in near mint or mint condition in my opinion.  Any card defects that I can see will be noted below.

$5 Shipping = Card will be shipped in a sleeve, top loader (unless it’s a graded card), protection, and bubble mailer with tracking.

$1.10 Shipping = Card will be shipped in a top-loader and team bag, mailed with eBays new standard postage envelope with tracking (Max value $20).

Some top loaders will be in used condition and may have scratches on them
