          The camera shown in the color sample photo is different from For Pentax LX.  It will be a color sample of leather.

  Reference 
　Before starting work, be sure to read 1 to 17 to familiarize yourself with the work procedure. If you proceed with the work while reading, the work after applying medicated alcohol may take too much time and may fail. 

Things to prepare:
・A little medicated alcohol (benzine can be used as a substitute).
・Paintbrush (about 0.5 to 1 cm wide) (a cotton swab can be used as a substitute.
・Paper or Cotton swab for 1. Peel off the original leather・・・

1. Peel off the original leather and clean the surface with alcohol or benzine(Wipe off any stickiness or dirt).

4. Make sure the silver plate on the red arrow is in the correct position.
5. Turn the self-timer 90 degrees.
 (The turn back)
2. Prepare new leather.
3. Peel off the leather on the upper left from the mount and turn the adhesive side up. Apply alcohol to the red shaded area with a paintbrush or cotton swab. 
    When applying alcohol, do not rub the adhesive surface strongly, but apply alcohol by gently stroking it. If you rub it hard, the adhesive will come off.
　Before the alcohol dries, the glue on the back does not adhere, so it can be easily slid. Also, please be assured that the adhesive strength will return to some extent when the alcohol dries.

6. Insert the hole under the self-timer lever and set it in place.
7. Some leather will get under the lever of the self-timer, so push it in with a flat-blade screwdriver. 
8. Align the top and bottom and paste to the end.
9. It is in the state of being pasted correctly. 
10. Paste the right part of the front as it is. I don't think it is necessary to get it wet with alcohol. 
11. First, align these two contact positions.
12. The contacts and mount are very narrow, so stick the leather in the correct position as if you were pushing it with a flat-blade screwdriver. 
13. As shown in the photo above, apply alcohol to the green shaded area on the tape surface before attaching the back cover. 
14. Push the leather under the film reminder in the direction of the red arrow. 
15. Paste the side parts of the film reminder together on both sides. 
16. Paste while aligning the top and bottom edges, and paste to the edges. 
17. After pasting everything, wait for the alcohol to dry and you're done.
