Selling a weeks share on the Canal Boat called Dragonfly.

I have had 2 weeks left to me after my partner sadly passed away.

He has had the shares for over 20 Years & was a canal fanatic loving the peaceful time away from his stressful busy work life. 

The week for sale is week 48 which is the 1st week in December Sunday 1st to Sunday 8th. 

Week 47 is also available which is the week before - last week in November = 24th November to 1st December. 

The week runs from Sunday to Sunday. 

There is a yearly AGM for all boat share holders in July.

The boat is currently being moored at Kings Orchard Broad Lane,  Huddlesford, 

Lichfield WS13 8SP.

The boat has just had a full refurb & complete exterior repaint carried out at Hillmorton.

The boat was last re-blacked in 2020.  

Internal painting has been done,

5 new batteries & starters x & 1 spare,  

the engine is a Beta Marine 43, new Orthopedic mattress. 

New reclining chairs,

There is wi-fi, t.v & radio.

Built in shower & toilet room. 

Fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave & fridge. 

Fitted double bed & extra sleeping area within the dining area. 

Storage under seats. 

PLEASE NOTE - each week has a maintenance fee each year of £400 which covers shared running costs, licensing, insurance, mooring fees & regular boat maintenance etc...

All you will need to pay for is re fuelling & pump outs at the end of your week.

POSTAGE COST IS TO COVER ANY ADMIN & POSTING OF DOCUMENTS. 

I will be donating the end purchase price of both weeks to Sue Ryder Hospice in Cheltenham where my partner was cared for in his last weeks.
