[Features & Attractions]
C trumpet by Van Laar, a Dutch workshop specializing in handmade trumpets, which boasts of its high popularity and reputation in the pops field. The C trumpet is almost unknown in Japan due to the small number of C trumpets in stock, but in Europe it is highly regarded by orchestral players and soloists, including Frédéric Mellardi of the Paris Symphony Orchestra. The Mod.2 in stock is the predecessor of the current C2. The basic specs are the same, but the double-tube design and the blaze with hexagon-shaped parts reminiscent of the NY backs show Van Laar's personal attention to detail. The soft and expansive sound is appealing. This C tube has a light response and stable pitch balance.
