Payment must be made within 7 working days of an order being placed, if payment is not made after 7 working days the transaction will be cancelled.
We accept payment by: PayPal, Credit & Debit Card (surcharge may apply) and BACS
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any given time if we see fit that the purchase is fraudulent.
Although we try and supply you with fitment compatibility to the best of our knowledge, we cannot guarantee 100% that it will fit your vehicle suggested on the compatibility chart.
All our goods listed are in stock and ready for dispatch, if you require Tyres or extra additions to be added to your purchase please allow an extra 5 working days delivery time to be added on to your order.
We use a professional shipping company and take care packaging your product to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
Although we include a time frame for delivery (2-3 working days) we cannot guarantee a product will reach you before these dates, this includes offshore islands of the UK, countries outside of the UK and national holidays, for more information about shipping delays and tracking of a product please contact us VIA eBay messaging.
Please inspect product prior to signing on delivery, if you are not happy with the condition of the item DO-NOT sign for the product.
Evotion Wheels are not responsible for any damage after the product has been delivered and signed for by the buyer/recipient.
If product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to reconcile the problem.
If product is damaged in transit, please send us the following information:
· Images of said damages to the product
· Time and Date of delivery
Please contact us if you are unhappy with the product prior to leaving feedback, as this is classed as end of sale and cannot be reversed, customer satisfaction is most important to us at Evotion Wheels.
RETURN POLICY:
· You have the right to return a product up to 30 days after a delivery is made.
· Returns can only be made by prior arrangement, Unauthorised returns will be réfuséd.
· Products to be returned must be in original packaging supplied by Evotion Wheels.
· Products must not be mounted on a vehicle, valves attached or tyres mounted to them, must be in same condition prior to being delivered.
· Special order products such as custom selected tyres mounted to wheels are strictly NON REFUNDABLE as these are a custom made order to your request and are therefore non re-saleable.
· Buyer is Liable for return postage costs of said product, price will be deducted from final refund for postage costs.
£40.00 + P&P.
· A defected product missed by our quality control check will be a FREE return and replacement product or full refund given if no replacement is available, buyer must provide images of the damage/defect product which will then be uséd as evidence against our images to assess such case.
· Our products are based in a warehouse which may gather dust and other particles whilst on sale which don?t subtract from the value of the item but as such will require cleaning before fitment to a vehicle.
Evotion Wheels are not liable for any product that has been mistreated or mounted to a vehicle incorrectly from third party companies I.E. Tyre Fitting Garages, Private tyre fitters and unqualified persons, thus resulting in injury.
All products sold by Evotion Wheels are fit for the purpose intended and have been inspected, tested and balanced prior to sale by a qualified technician, we cannot be held responsible for any defects of the product that has been given clear instructions of defect in the description I.E. a slight buckle if mentioned.
