#1499 HARRY S. TRUMAN 8¢ UNITED STATES POSTAGE STAMP 1973. I recently inherited a huge lot of stamps when my grandfather (who was a United States postal inspector for 30+ years) passed away. HOWEVER I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL GRADER so these items are being sold AS IS. This particular stamp looks like it was sealed into a tiny foam 'picture frame' for protection; I'm not about to tear it open to view the other side, so please take that into consideration.
