123 Sesame Street Play House MR. Hooper's Store Toy 1984 Playskool.  This toy is in used condition and shows signs of use.  The condition overall is pretty rough.  The playset is missing a front door, has many marks and scuffs, broken/removed stickers, and even a crack at the bottom.  Please look at all the pictures closely.  What you see is what you get.
