I have tested this for about one hour with a Commodore 64, plugged in with no issues.

It’s old, but it does work.

I can’t guarantee it will work for the next 40 years.

I have not tested the speakers. Everything that I found in the house clearance appears to be working, so I guess the speakers should be okay too.
