On offer is this  vintage Halloween Crepe paper party hat.

This hat features an orange background with a black band around the bottom and a large (10") black design element.    

The size is approx. 11 X 9".  

This would be a great addition to a vintage Halloween collection and can be used for many purposes.  It makes a great backdrop but could also be used as a hat for a skeleton or other decorative ideas.
