Shipping Policies

• All orders place before 12:00 am, Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day if in stock.
• If an order for expedited shipment is placed after 10:00 am but before 3:00 pm the same day, we will make every effort to ship it the same day. 
• Please note that Saturday, Sunday and major US holidays do not count as shipping days for UPS. Sunday and major US holidays do not count as shipping days for USPS.
• If you believe your package is missing or lost, please contact us within 30 days of your original order/purchase date.  After 30 days, we will not be able to provide any help in locating your package nor compensation.

60 Day Free Return Policy

• Free returns are accepted for 60 days from the original order/purchase date in most circumstances.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All returns must be received in the same condition as shipped before the refund is initiated.
• If the returned item is not received in the same condition as shipped, a partial or no refund will be issued, depending on the condition of the returned item.
• If an item was sold NEW WITH TAGS, the returned item must have the new tags attached to the original item without the new tags being removed. If the new tags were removed, a partial or no refund will be issued, depending on the condition of the returned item. 
• Original packaging and contents must be returned and in the same condition it was received, to receive the entire refund of the original purchased item.
• All tags, labels and stickers must remain attached to the product.
• Please include photos of the item being returned.
• We are unable to accept returned products which do not meet the above criteria. If products show signs of wear on NEW or LIKE NEW items or the original box and packaging are missing or damaged without prior authorization, we will be unable to initiate a full refund. Please contact us if you have any questions about the Return Policy.

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Except as expressly set forth in the item description, seller makes NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED warranties of any kind whatsoever about this merchandise. Seller is not responsible for consequential, incidental or punitive damages of any kind whatsoever. Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid by Buyer including shipping/handling charges.
