Baby Lurve is a specialist independent nursery store, established in 2007 our business has since grown considerably, we now operate a busy online service delivering orders throughout the UK and also operate a store in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

 

We stock an extensive range of essential baby products and well-known brands. All of the products we sell are brand new and always genuine goods.  From time to time we do have ex-display and not perfect items available.  Full details of which are always disclosed

Payment

Immediate payment is required when you choose to make a purchase from our eBay store.  We are happy for you to collect items from us in person if you wish to do so.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We offer many items with FREE economy shipping,these items are sent with Royal Mail on a 2-3 day service.  These items are not tracked on their journey, and only details of delivery are available once this has been successful or attempted.

 

On all items you do have the option to upgrade your shipping to a tracked service or alternatively our express next working day delivery service, available for all mainland UK addresses. This is handled by DPD Local or Royal Mail

 

Please note we can not investigate a lost or undelivered item until 15 working days have passed from the date of posting. We kindly ask that you wait until this date before making contact to advise us that your item has not been delivered. We always recommend that if an item has not arrived after within the estimated delivery time that you check any safe places the item could have been left if delivery was attempted whilst you were out. Please also check your local Royal Mail delivery office or post office in case the item is being held awaiting collection.

Returns

I want to return my item, how do I do this?

 

Once you receive your order if it is not what you expected or it is not quite right for you then we can accept a return. You must notify us within 30 days of the date of purchase that you wish to return an item(s) by contacting us by email via eBay, providing us with a brief statement of why you wish to return your item along with an order number, this will enable us to trace your order within our system and confirm your return.

 

Once you have informed us of your decision to return the item you have 7 days to return the item to us. If the item(s) arrive back after the 7 days we may refuse a refund. The item(s) you are returning must be in a brand new condition, the original packaging and be un-worn/un-used. Failure to comply with this may result in a refund being declined and the item being sent back to you.

 

Once we have received your return we will process a refund promptly via the method of payment used to originally purchase the item. We are not liable to pay for the cost of returning the item to us and we cannot process a refund until the item has been received by us. You are responsible for ensuring that the item arrives with us and we therefore recommend you return and item by recorded post or by using a courier service. We can arrange for a collection of the item(s) you wish to return for a cost of £20 to guarantee your item arrives back with us safely, the cost of using our courier collection service will be deducted from your final refund. We can only provide a refund with proof of purchase.

 

I want to exchange my item, how should I do this?

 

We would be happy to offer you an exchange following the same procedure for returning an item as detailed above, following the same steps as above please contact a member of our customer care team to advise us of your wish to exchange an item. We are not responsible to pay for the postage costs of your exchange and may request payment for the additional postage costs incurred for exchanging your item. You must ensure that your item arrives back with us within 7 days from the date you notify us of your wish to exchange and item and in an original un-used/un-worn condition and packaging. Once we have received your return we will dispatch your exchange.
