This camera is one of the few that utilizes an actual microchip to control the operations, allowing for incredibly precise registration and effects. Its brand name, Porst, is known for producing quality cameras, and this model is no exception. This is one of the best Super-8 Cameras ever made. With its sound capabilities, it is perfect for capturing memories in both sight and sound. Don't miss out on this unique addition to your vintage camera collection. The camera is functional, It has been used to shoot film on a trip through Alaska. The only settings I can't get to work are the "auto 18fps" and "auto 24fps" programs though the auto exposure itself does work. This thing is built like a tank; it has a fully metal body and comes with the legendary Angenieux 6-90mm lens. It is also a fairly quiet camera, being belt driven. I hate to part with this after searching so long to find one in this condition, but I have to downsize my collection.
