What you see in the picture is exactly what you will receive so please see all pictures and judge everything for yourself before purchasing this isn't working order it will work with four c batteries not included but again what you see is exactly what you will get and this has been tested and works great.. with that being said I will ship this to the lower 48 states only and I will ship using either UPS FedEx or USPS whichever is the cheapest at the time of shipping thank you for looking and good luck
