If an item for sale has any flaws, such as creases, thins, tears etc that I have detected but are not noticeable from the scans, I will include the details in the section for the condition of the item.  I'm not perfect and have sometimes missed the odd minor flaw if it is not easily detected.  If you find any such flaws that I have not declared, please email me so that the issue can be resolved.

Your purchase will be sent within the next two working days by first class post.  All stamps and postcards will be sent in a glassine envelope, which will be placed in a cardboard sleeve inside the envelope that is used for postage.  To minimise postage and packing, I make my own cardboard sleeves from waste card, such as cereal boxes.  Please note that the stock card is not included.

The postage charge is for the maximum of the cost of first class stamp(s) for the UK or the air mail stamp(s) for other countries.  I obtain proof of posting from the Post Office when sending items, but I do not usually provide a tracking number as the cost would be too high in view of the value of the majority of the items I am selling.  However, I do provide a tracking number when I make an occasional higher value sale.  If you want your purchase to be tracked and the postage charge shown is for untracked standard delivery, the additional cost will be UK £1.50 and the rest of the world £5.20.  Please request this service if required before making a payment and I will raise an invoice that will include this additional charge.

I will combine the postage charges if you make any multiple purchases.  Please wait until you have received an invoice, otherwise you will be paying at least twice for your postage as I will be unable to combine the charges if you pay before the invoice is raised.  I usually raise invoices when all sales have been completed, but if I have overlooked your invoice, please send me a reminder so that I can resolve the situation.

I will give you a refund if you are not satisfied with any of the items you have purchased, provided any items returned are in the same condition in which they were sold.
