This auction is for a 11" marked Effanbee Patsy Jr Doll made of composition and possibly wearing her original outfit. I looked in my doll book and found some similar outfits on this doll. She has painted brown hair which may have been touched up, not sure, painted brown eyes and in good used condition. She does show wear and possibly touch up on her hands and fingers too.
