Lionel Steam Turbine Chassis/Frame with E-unit/Smoke Bulb Unit. The e-unit  is untested. I don't think the smoke bulb is working and I couldn't get it open. A few small holes in the smoke bulb housing, see close-up photos. The frame is missing it's steps. Sold as shown. Please review all photo's for condition and parts included. Thanks!!
