This game is in new/sealed condition. The plastic is in good shape but it is not absolutely perfect There are a few small tears in the plastic and it has a spot on the bottom back left side of the plastic where the plastic got slightly discolored/dirty. There may be very light wear to the case due to the small tears in the plastic. This sealed game would not be recommended for grading as it is not in perfect condition.
