NOTES:

Sight has been modified with what appears to be gunsmith-made replacement elevation and windage screws & nuts, as well as the base locking screw.  Very well done, see photos.  Operation is smooth & precise.

No Aperture, and click-spring is missing.  The click spring is not really needed since elevation is locked by the base locking screw, and windage is locked by tightening the aperture (aperture not included).

The Mounting Screws are new-made replacements.
