It is used and shows its wear but it is very rare and the bolts alone are extremely rare
Bolts are 22mm long when closed, so they are longer than the standard bolts, outside to outside measurement, boltheads included
The guard is chromed on the front side and matte on the rear
It is chromed but its alloy not steel
The PATENT CAMPAGNOLO on the front is recessed and cast in to the ring
It could probably be polished or re-chromed if you want it perfect
Lots of chrome bubbling but very rare and functionally perfect
This is one of those seldom seen parts that not everyone needs but I get asked frequently for the bolts
