SHIPPING: Shipping for small items is 0.90 to a US address and 1.75 for others, plus 0.20 for each additional item. Larger or heavier items/packages will cost more. I will combine lots to save on shipping, where possible. 

INSURANCE: Insurance for domestic packages valued at 50.00 or more must be insured (at additional cost), even if free basic shipment is offered. Packages shipped to other countries with a value over 50.00 must, at my discretion, be registered (18.00 plus basic shipping), especially if destined to former Soviet republics and most countries in Africa and Asia.

NOTE: I do not ship until all related invoiced costs are paid.

RETURNS: Lots containing more than 10 stamps or which are offered “AS IS,” are not returnable for any reason. Stamps that are shown in the scans are not returnable for reasons of centering or cancellations. Costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility.
