Selling this C64 Voice Messenger, Voice Synthesizer cartridge.  Great way to make the C64 talk.  Works great phonetically, meaning "say beeleeve" works great to say the word believe.  Whereas "say believe" may sound more like bee-live. Very open ended toy, can make it say anything you type.  Very easy to use... simply INIT the cartridge, then at prompt, just 'say ----'
