See photos, video and note the following:

 - This set has one owner (me) and has been stored in my home (no smoking or pets).

 - The instructions and box cover both have some tape on them.  On the instructions, the tape is along the creases where the paper has been folded.  The box cover has been taped by the corner of one of the shorter sides.  See close up photo for reference.

 - - PLEASE NOTE: I just have the box cover (not the internal box that the LEGOs came in).

I put this set together for the photos used in the auction.  There were 4 pieces missing and 2 replaced pieces (6 pieces in total).

 - One 1x1 black flat tile that is the foundation of the house next to the windmill.

 - One 2x1 black flat tile - I replaced this with a 2x2 black flat tile as part of the foundation of the house next to the windmill.

 - - - See photo of step 2 in the instructions to see what I mean by "foundation of the house". Also see foundation photo.

 - One 1x2 window (see photo of the back of the windmill).

 - One 1x2 blue brick that hold a yellow shudder (right next to the missing window mentioned above).

 - - - The brick is there, but the tabs that would hold the shudder are broken and this piece would need replacing.

 - One yellow shudder.

 - One gray 2x3 flat tile that is part of the wheelbarrow.  I replaced this with a 2x3 flat white tile.  See photo.

All pieces are in good shape.  There is some wear or scratches due to prior use and play as well as storage over time, but as you see in the photos, the set can be built.

 - Includes 2 mini figures and one truck.
