I bought a lot of tools at an auction that included many leather or shoemaker’s or harness maker’s tools. I know little about such tools and have tried to identify them using various tool guides etc. This is a NO 6 DOUBLE PEG WHEEL, a star-shaped wheel mounted on a handled stem and used for marking positions for pegs.
