Overall good, with rubbing and wear to leather, primarily along edges and corners. Loss to leather at head and heel of spine. Some exterior cracking between boards and spine, with some rubbing and wear to hinges. Staining remnants to edges and corners of some pages. Ohio School Library bookplates from Oxford, Butler County at front and rear, and “Ohio School Library” imprinted into both front and rear boards. Nicely illustrated throughout with dozens of black-and-white sketches and plans. Includes a section on school furniture and other necessities at rear. Marbeled fore edges to pages.
