Fit like a glove on a standard western electric receiver for a wall phone.
I can't be sure but it may fit the standard American desk or wall phone from the 1950's through the 1970's.
I polished it with "Never Dull" wadding which seemed to clean it up nicely. There is a dark line marking across the center and some other stubborn spots. I did not give too much effort to the inside. The inside could use more cleaning and there is old glue inside but it does not seem to effect the fit on the receiver.
The telephone in the picture is NOT included.
Good vintage condition. There are marks, scratches, dings and some signs of corrosion.
