This fine and impressive vintage sapphire brooch has been crafted in 18ct yellow and white gold.
The curvilinear asymmetric, Art Nouveau design is embellished with a pierced decorated white gold plateau featuring a four-claw set 0.22ct round faceted cut sapphire.
This central design is encompassed with a paralleling 18ct yellow gold multi-stranded halo style border.
This vintage 1960s sapphire and gold brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening.
The reverse of the setting is hallmarked with the maker's mark (FJ) and the 18ct gold fineness mark (750, 18C).
This impressive vintage Art Nouveau sapphire brooch is supplied with an IDGL gemstone grading report card.
