I have had these since new and never used them.  My Dad worked as a tool maker at the Parker Pen factory in the UK. They do not have the ball point refills in them anymore as I must have used them at some point for another pen.  The Parker Pen refills are readily available.  The presentation box has age related scuffs to it but the pens inside are excellent as I never used them and they have always been kept inside the box.  The paper Parker Pen guarantee is also still inside the box.  A nice gift for a Royal fan.
