100 Days to Better Health, Good Sex & Long Life - A Guide to Taoist Yoga & Chi Kung
1997 First Edition
Eric Steven Yudelove
Llewellyn Publications, USA

Acceptable to good condition. 1997 First Edition, purchased used recently but I did not read it as I had a duplicate copy. Has some staining from mould or dirt on the edges of the pages on the outside and significant wear to the cover, and a retailer sticker on the inside front cover. First page is a bit crumpled. One of corners at the front is a bit bent including some of the pages under it, but otherwise the pages are clean and in good condition.

Was described by one of these mass booksellers as being in 'very good condition', but I am grading it more realistically. I would expect other copies in 'very good condition' are in similar condition.

This looks like a really comprehensive and in depth guide to taoist yoga. His follow up book also looks excellent although less qigong/yoga exercises and more meditation exercises.
