Canon MVX45i Digital Video Camcorder with leather case and accessories (inc wide angle lens) as shown in pictures.    Unit is part of house clearance and has been briefly tested using mains power cable and appears to be in full working order (pictures taken, short recording of my dog captured and played back - see photos).   

Camcorder has 14x optical zoom, 280x digital zoom and includes number of features such as image stabilisation, auto / manual focus, has 6.3cm (2.5") LCD screen, viewfinder and wireless remote.  Link to full specs below:
