Really nice charm

No marks but tests as 15ct gold

Unsure the country of origin

Weighs 2.7 grams

Measures just under 2cm

The stone in the middle is a carved cameo and tests as gemstone

It does spin round in the mount but is secure

Also slight enamel loss in the R of ABRIL
