I am the original owner of this Limited Edition Ebay employee glow in the dark pez.This pez was limited to 2000 given out to employees in 2001.This ebay heart sits on a 4.9 black, non footed stem made in Hungary.This Pez is MOC and has never been displayed.Very hard to find in this condition at this time.
