say but see photos and judge for yourself. This is a paper note size 151mm x 85mm
predominantly Brown and was in circulation between 1986 - 1991 it was
demonetized in May 1994. It carries a watermark of Florence Nightingale and in
July 1987 the New Metal Windowed security thread was introduced. OBV> Deep
brown on multicolour underprint. HM Queen Elizabeth II at right, flowers
at centre. With Lettering BANK OF ENGLAND I Promise to pay the Bearer on
Demand the Sum of TEN Pounds London For the Govr. and Compa. of the BANK OF
ENGLAND signed G M Gill Chief Cashier Serial No. EN13 465553

with Florence Nightingale as the Lady with Lamp. Lettering 10 POUNDS. TEN POUNDS Florence Nightingale
1820-1910. This note is in good clean condition for it’s age there is no
rips or tears or evidence of folding. A nice clean collectable note and
increasingly hard to find in good condition. Happy to combine postage
