PROCESSING
Please allow up to 24 business hours for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received an email with your item(s) tracking number your order may not have been processed. Please feel free to email us an inquiry. Once your tracking number has been posted please allow a brief period for the tracking number to scan via the USPS tracking system. Packages that have not yet been picked up by the mail courier will not show movement on USPS tracking system.
SHIPPING
Mr. Tools ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS First Class and Priority services take approximately one to three days for delivery. If your package does not show movement within 24 business hours of being processed please email us an inquiry.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the purchase date. Please open a return request in the more options tab located in your purchase history next to the item(s) you would like to return. No restocking fees will be charged on any returns. However it is the buyers responsibility to ship the item back. eBay's return system can provide you with pre-paid shipping labels if needed. Please feel free to contact us if you need help or have any additional questions.
WARRANTY
KNIPEX Tools LP distributes the highest quality tools for industrial and commercial use. KNIPEX Tools LP warrants this product to the original purchaser against deficiencies in material and workmanship. KNIPEX Tools LP will repair or replace any tool, which after examination, is determined by KNIPEX Tools LP to be defective in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the tool. In the unlikely event that the exact type of tool should no longer be available, KNIPEX Tools LP may elect to replace the tool with a comparable tool of equal or greater value, or at KNIPEX Tools LP’s option, KNIPEX Tools LP may elect to refund the purchase price for the defective tool. The foregoing remedies are the sole and exclusive remedies available under this warranty, and in no event will KNIPEX Tools LP be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits or other economic loss. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty applies only to the original end-user that purchased the tool and does not apply in any way to failures caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, accident, lack of maintenance, or tools worn out by use.

Warranty claims require obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which may be obtained by emailing or calling the support line listed above, KNIPEX Tools, return of the defective tools, proof of purchase and confirmation from you that you are the original end-user purchaser of the tool. All shipping and transportation costs are excluded from this warranty.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty is KNIPEX Tools LP's sole warranty for its tools, and is given in lieu of all other warranties and conditions, expressed or implied. KNIPEX Tools LP disclaims all other express or implied warranties and conditions, including the implied warranties or conditions of merchantable quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so these limitations may not apply to you. This LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state.
KNIPEX Tools LP neither assumes, nor authorizes any person to assume for it, any other warranty, condition, or obligation express or implied.
