Here is a vintage 1928 "The City of Turlock and the Turlock Irrigation District, Stanislaus County, California" real estate or realtor's brochure. It is 8-pages, measures about 11" x 8 1/2" and was folded in thirds for mailing. The brochure states irrigation statistics from 1927 (the tax rate was $4.50 per $100,000. of assessed valuation). It has not been folded for a very long time and will be mailed flat.
