For sale is a pair of Copeland scalloped plates in Imari style with pattern D7911.

Condition:

Both plates are in very good antique condition with no cracks, repairs or crazing. The gilding is bright and lovely considering this was made over 100 years ago. One plate has a stable hairline approx 2.5cm from the rim (please refer to photos for details). They still give a healthy ring when tapped.

Note:

All our items are vintage/ antique and previously used, unless stated otherwise. Therefore, some wear marks are to be expected. For antique pieces (ie items which are over 100 years old), kiln dusts/ kiln splits which happened during production process should not be seen as flaws. Antique pieces were fired using coals as supposed to gas fire so temperature control was not always accurate. We always try to describe our items accurately and will always point out any obvious flaws.

If you love English antique porcelain/ fine china, please check out my other listing for items from other factories such as H and R Daniel (H & R Daniel, Coalport, Brown Westhead and Moore, Mason’s ironstone, Cauldon, Royal Crown Derby, Royal Worcester etc. I occasionally sell pretty Limoges porcelain too.
