These speakers have not been tested, but you can clearly see that the foam around them has disintegrated. I have no reason to think the equalizer does not work but with that being said it is being sold as is untested. The Sony speakers that are under the Bose speakers are not included. This sale is for two Bose 901 series speakers and one equalizer and once again all of it is untested and sold as is. The tops are in pretty rough shape.
