For the Next Day Delivery service - If the order is placed after 11AM, we cannot guarantee that the goods will be dispatched on the same day. If the order is placed after 10AM on a Saturday, the goods will be sent out for next day delivery the following Monday. Royal Mail services are unavailable on a Sunday. RETURNS: Our returns policy is to return the item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund with the exception of sale items. If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase on all full priced items.
